Rafael Suarez

Creative Engineer · Production

I work production — ten credits across studio features, national commercials and live sport, from a Warner Bros. feature to Samsung's launch spot for the Unrivaled league. I tend to end up wherever the logistics are: supplies, vehicles, petty cash, background. I am bilingual English and Spanish, and I work as a local hire in both Dallas–Fort Worth and Miami.

About

I started in Miami and got my first studio job in 2022, on the Miami unit of Magic Mike's Last Dance, assisting the editor out of the cutting room Warner Bros. had set up at the Faena. Since then I have worked features, national commercials and live sport, and moved to Dallas–Fort Worth while still taking work in Miami as a local.

On set I am usually the person holding the logistics. Production supplies, the truck, the vans, petty cash and PEX reconciliation, and running the background team. It is unglamorous work and it is the work that decides whether a day holds together. The coordinator who first hired me in 2022 has brought me back on three productions since, which is the credential I am proudest of.

TODO — one short human paragraph. What you do when you are not on set. Two sentences is plenty; this is the only place on the page that does not have to justify itself.
